I created The ONE Planner because I was tired of living a divided life—one part focused on God, another consumed by responsibilities, deadlines, and the quiet pressure to keep up. I loved Jesus deeply, yet too often my days told a different story. I was busy doing good things, but not always living from the centered, attentive place I longed for.

This planner grew out of my own desire for discipleship in real life—not in ideal conditions, but in the middle of meetings, relationships, and ordinary, holy moments. Over time, these pages helped me slow down just enough to notice God’s presence throughout the day. To pause. To listen. To ask better questions. To become more self-aware. And to gently realign when I felt myself getting pulled into doing more instead of living more fully.

 It has helped me balance my life in a way that feels grounded, honest, and life-giving, instead of reactive or exhausting.

Along the way, I’ve spent years walking with others in similar places of longing and tension. I’ve served as a Director of Spiritual Formation at Willow Creek Church and am an ICF-certified coach, an Emotional Intelligence consultant, a Small Group Leader, and a lifelong learner of what it means to live with intention. But just as important, I’m a wife, a mom, a daughter—and someone who loves Jesus more than anything and is still learning how to follow Him faithfully in a busy world.

My hope is simple: that this planner becomes a companion for you—not another thing to manage, but an invitation to live the life you were made for. A life aligned around the ONE who gives it meaning.
